- Proof of Use: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide consistent photographic evidence showing regular use of the product over the 3-month period, along with a description of the lack of expected results.
- Proof of Purchase: You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Approval Process: Upon reviewing your submission, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided, along with instructions on how to send any remaining product back to us.
- Return Items: Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
